Have you checked off many items? If not, right now isn’t too soon to get started checking off bucket list items. Let’s say you live to age ninety. How many days do you have left to live? Take your age now and subtract it from ninety, then multiply that number by 365. That’s pretty finite, isn’t it? As busy as your life is right now, you need to make time for the stuff you dream about — the adventures, the relationships, the memories, and goals that are important to you. Most people get to the end of their lives never really living. They never do those important things they always planned on doing. Somehow time slips away, and it seems too costly or impossible to achieve. Other things keep getting in the way and jumping to the top of your priority list. Then one day you look back with regret at all of the things you wanted to accomplish but never did. “If only I’d taken the time to . . .”
What Is a Bucket List?
“What is a bucket list?” you might ask. Well, it’s that list of meaningful things you long to do before you die (or kick the bucket as they say). It’s those important experiences you don’t want to look back on with regret at the end of your life because you didn’t do them. When you say, “My bucket list includes . . .” you will share a collection of your dreams, goals, and aspirations that you hope to achieve in your lifetime. If you haven’t taken the time to create your bucket lists, we are here to help. We’ve created categories of unique bucket list ideas for several life areas. You’ll also find handy downloads for each category that you can use as your own bucket list template. If you want to skip to specific bucket lists, just click the links below.
