The Chateau Cheval Blanc Winery in France by Christian de Portzamparc is a modern style winery which brings the art of wine making to a new level. The flowing design of the winery resembles the infinity symbol with a flowing rooftop supported by a compilation of crossbeams. The interior of the building houses massive wine vats used to create the product while a flowing staircase leads to the top of the structure which serves as a relaxing point to take in the lush scenery surrounding the premises....

Citroen has revealed a new concept car at the Geneva Motor Show, the Citroen Survolt Concept. Based rather clearly on the scary sexy Citroen Revolte, the Survolt is a pink-trimmed, black-and-bold concept supercar that we wish would hit production. It likely won’t, as this one was built solely to show the design prowess of Citroen this year at Geneva. It didn’t feature and hardware specs, promises of development or any other details– the Survolt’s beauty is sadly only skin deep....

The UK is in 20th place, among higher achieving European countries, with the US in 28th. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) says the comparisons – based on test scores in 76 countries – show the link between education and economic growth. Who says fashion can’t have an impact on our environmental awareness? The LED-Powered Climate Dress monitors pollution and displays a health warning based on local air quality. Hundreds of LEDs are woven into this dress, linked to a microprocessor and a carbon dioxide detection unit. The lights pulsate based on the local carbon levels– the faster the pulse, the more dangerous the air conditions. While this concept may not be practical enough for mass production, we feel that environmentally conscious fashion like this is certainly progress in the right direction for the creative world....
